TRISTEZA ARM, OPTIONAL HIKING TO THE FREY

Visit an unspoilt land, teeming with fascinating sceneries and cascades, located at the foot of Mount Tronador.
Sailing across Lake Nahuel Huapi, we will tour the Llao Llao Peninsula, Villa Tacul, up to the mouth of the Blest Arm, where we will see the Centinela Island and Mount Millaqueo. Turning to port, we will cross the lake up to the entrance of the Tristeza Arm. Then we will sail for two hours and pass by cascades and streams until we get to the end of the arm, to the mouth of the Frey River, an excellent fishery and a beautiful beach (ask about special fishing programs). We will have lunch on board. A board of smoked products, Patagonian lamb or trout and Argentinian wine will be served. Our guides will provide information about the local fauna and flora, history and fishing. On the way back, we can try to catch some rainbow or brown trout with our lines in the water.

OPTIONAL HIKING EXCURSION
This unique hike takes place along a slope of intermediate difficulty, within the Valdivian rainforest environment, the habitat of cañas colihues, ancient larches, radales, coihues, cypresses, lengas and ferns. This ecosystem has remained untouched for centuries. Cascades, rainforest darkness, humidity and fresh air are but words attempting to depict what cannot be described. At the end of the trail, the beauty of another lake flowing through a narrow ravine at a greater height than the Nahuel Huapi will take your breath away.
A program for you, your family and friends.
